My name is Hannah Cheney and I'm a professional storyteller.
My Portfolio
For 14 years, I've been a professional storyteller. I have my master's degree in publishing and writing from Emerson College in Boston (my hometown!) and most of my career has been centered around telling stories for magazines, brands and people.
I've written and edited for magazines, book publishers and brands, managed editorial and production teams, created and led content marketing strategies and served as editor-in-chief for Hilton's travel website. I also created and was the executive producer of a Webby Award-winning video series, while also developing several other video and podcast projects.
My work has been focused on travel, wellness, food & beverage and luxury content, but I love to bring stories to life on any topic.

Content marketing work
I served as the executive producer and creator of 30+ long- and short-form video episodes that appeared on YouTube. One of these series won two Webby Awards for each year it ran. For each of these episodes, still images and social media cutdowns were created, and an article was written in support of the video series.
